• Assist with daily reconciliation and reports

• Prepare customer invoices

• Generate daily foreign currency exchange rate report

Handle prepaid card top-up submission

• Handle manual crediting of funds for missing transactions

• Assist with the monthly preparation of customer transactions report

• Assist with the monthly preparation of Financial Statements for Audit and Compliance

• Assist in Members’ Deposits and Withdrawal Requests

• Ad hoc tasks

• Work within a multi-disciplinary R&D team to design and deliver new features at pace

• Collaborate with key stakeholders in the entire product lifecycle.

• Design and build a cutting-edge tech stack to help the company scale its product and operations

• Troubleshoot and debug applications

• Monitor application and product performance and make improvements

• Take part on key decisions across backend and frontend projects

Set up, manage and maintain server configuration, operation, backup, and security

• Purchase, install, manage, and maintain company domains and SSL

• Design and deploy marketing websites

• Manage and audit Systems Engineers

• Work within a multi-disciplinary R&D team to design and deliver new features at pace

• Collaborate with key stakeholders in the entire product lifecycle.

• Producing, maintaining, and modifying websites and user interfaces.

• Incorporating applications, graphics, audio, and video clips into the websites

• Creating tools that enhance the user’s website experience

• Ensuring websites are accessible across many platforms, including laptop and mobile devices

• Routinely testing websites for ease of use, speed, and other quality factors

• Fixing any website issues or bugs that arise

• Act as a front door, as a key interface between the company and the merchants. 

• Work with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Business, and Development, to help drive sales referrals, provide solutions for customers, and develop and implement acquisition strategies to drive growth. 

• Develop and manage relationships to ensure effective management in the execution of new and existing products, promotions, and sales strategies. 

• Use reporting and metrics to monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction and identify root cause issues and opportunities for improvement. 

• Monitor and report on the progress and success of the partnership that relates to the referrals, sales, and retention of merchant customers. 

• Work with the relevant team and departments to establish the operating model including but not limited to policies, processes, service standards, performance dashboards, measures of success, etc. that relate to the design, management, and delivery of products and services to merchants. 

• Working closely with both front and back office, identify and mitigate issues and problems that impact the effective delivery of payment solutions to customers.   

• Educate, brief, and train members and teams in the company on how to optimize products and services, such as payment solutions and capabilities. 

• Address complaints received in a timely and appropriate manner. 

• Underwrite new merchants to identify possible associated risks which include fraudulent activities, large credit exposure, and potential non-compliance with banking regulations or vendor requirements. 

• Keeping updated with the latest industry updates. 

• Test, review, and improve automated tools and develop appropriate reporting for portfolio management. 

• Keeping updated with the latest industry updates. 

• Support Fraud, Compliance, and Monitoring functions in formulating strategy, process, and execution. 

• Other ad-hoc tasks

• Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands in Japanese and English language

• Review customer documents and update summary reports

• Accurately manage and resolve customer issues

• Route calls/emails to appropriate resource

• Case/Ticket documentation

• Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization

• Awareness of relevant service levels

• Translate documents from English to Japanese and vice versa

• Act as translator/bridge during meetings with Japanese colleagues and clients
